Courses Offered
A. Basic Chinese Language
Our program provides four levels: Beginning, Junior, Medium and Senior. Students will take a placement exam when they enter and will be divided into different classes according to their language level. There are 10 – 15 students in each class.
Subjects of the Course: Each level offers courses in Listening, conversation and Intensive Reading (including reading and writing). At the Middle and Senior levels, there are also some courses of Newspaper Reading and Audio-Visual Speaking.
There are many elective courses, such as Chinese Characters, Ancient Chinese, Chinese History, Survey of Chinese Culture, Survey of the Chinese Economy, Colloquialism on Foreign Trade, etc. Besides these, there are also other courses, such as calligraphy, Taijiquan, HSK, etc. The students of high level may also select any other specialized courses to attend with Chinese students.
B. Chinese Business and Culture
This course is taught in English and is a fusion of Business, Culture and Chinese language.
Courses offered: The Environment of Business in China, Legal Dimensions of the Chinese Business World, The Business Management in China, The Chinese Culture, The Chinese History and Oral Mandarin.
